Sucker rod centralizer/ sucker rod guide 

Sucker rod centralizer is an anti-pumping and down-shaft tool. It is suitable for partial-pumped pumping wells, especially for pumped-up and directional inclined wells with eccentric wear above the neutral point of the sucker rod. In the following, with the nylon centralizer on the sucker rod body, the effect of preventing partial wear is better.

The sucker rod moves up and down in the tubing. Due to the elastic deformation of the sucker rod, the rod and the tubing wall are prone to friction. Reduces rod-to-tube friction and enhances the life of the pumping unit.

Sucker rod centralizer is composed of coupling, centering sleeve and short joint.
principle
